The intent of this letter is to express my deepest appreciation for your excellent service, personal attention, and professionalism. I have never written a letter of recommendation for a Realtor, however you were so superb that I feel compelled to do so.

I contacted Pat via email and explained that we would have one day to be shown the Phoenix area and houses to buy. She did an excellent job of picking a variety of houses in a variety of areas based on our criteria. She was very informative and helpful. We successfully made an offer in April and did not return to the area until October. In many cases, once the deal is signed and the commission earned, the service is over. But not in this case. The service had just begun.

Because we were hundreds of miles away, they did everything for us. Personally went through the inspection, changed the locks, had carpets cleaned, arranged for pest control, provided a vendor box, the list goes on. The value of this is obvious and yet it did not stop there. After we moved in, they contacted us to make sure everything was okay and continued to help us solve minor problems with outside services. Saying that Pat and Sindy are great is an understatement.
