Alan Kilker

Alan Kilker has been a resident of Arizona since 1980. Born and raised in Fullerton, CA, he went to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration and a Master’s Degree from Florida International University in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After moving to Phoenix, Alan worked for a variety of Phoenix area Resorts, including the Arizona Biltmore, Doubletree (formerly Wyndham) Paradise Valley Resort, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, all in their Group Sales Departments. Alan quickly discovered that selling a Resort property, and its many services/amenities to convention meeting planners for their large and small events, is very similar to selling real estate to individuals. The key to success in selling is to listen. By carefully listening to the clients, the main goal is to match the particular and unique needs, wants, and desires of the buyer with the best location, features, amenities, and desires of the seller. Real estate sales, however, is much more of a personal buy…it’s probably the single largest financial decision anyone can make and a great salesman recognizes this and works hard to ensure that the expectations of both the buyer and seller are exceeded. Alan resides in Scottsdale with his wife Gina and they have two adult children, Shane and Natalie.

Glenn Thompson

My career in Real Estate began over 20 years ago first working with Development and Construction Companies for 7 years and then moving to the resale real estate industry 15 Years ago so I could better assist my clients' long term needs. I have built a business that is 87% Repeat and Referral clients working primarily with Relocation clients, First Time Buyers, Second Home Owners and Luxury move up buyers. It brings me great joy to watch my clients’ lives evolve and being there with them through that evolution and assisting when it involves real estate needs.

I’m not a salesperson. I’m a relationship guy and a tough negotiator. In my prior life I was an HR Director and the majority of my time was spent resolving Employee Relations issues and negotiating win/win resolutions. That taught me to negotiate winning solutions so I’m here to be your advocate and negotiate the best possible terms for you.
